We were on the road and called to see if they could help with our malfunctioning hot water heater. They were able to see us that same day, and spent two hours digging into the problem, which turned out to be a defective circuit board. They replaced it and sent us on our way with hot water working again. Excellent people & service; we'd go there again in a heartbeat.

Good afternoon, I dont usually write feedback letters, either negative or positive when I purchase something, but i felt the need to express good vibes to your business, buying a pre-owned is probably less critical for customer service but i felt i got the same treatment as if i was buying a new one, customer service was 100%, starting with the greeting desk , very impressed, then they directed me to you Sandy that not once but twice you stayed to show me the trailer after closing time, and made me very comfortable when i was there, kind a felt at home right threw purchasing time, lol, and to you Robyn that helped me with ease with the financial aspect that i really didnt want to go in too, but lower interest rate got me in that office , all good i guess , and sorry but forgot there names , the detailer that came outside a half hour before i was leaving with the trailer that did some extra detailing and to the guy that gave me my orientation, hats off to them, and for the rest of the crew behind the scenes, and for the trailer well some times its a hit or miss, i pretty well know what to look for before buying a travel trailer, so far so good, i think we made a good decision so far, weve been out for 9 consecutive days, no major issues, nothing i couldnt handle , we are enjoying it, we are happy and satisfied that we did business with you(leisure time) and maybe again in the future and also if someone is looking for a travel trailer we will sure lead them to go see leisure time rv, thanks again for a great customer service, very much appreciated when purchasing big.Kevin and Olia LeBlanc

What a year to buy a camper. 2020 is not a normal year thanks to covid-19. My wife and I started the process of looking for a camper the best suits our needs just as the covid crisis started in Canada. Living in a different province I was expecting this purchase to be difficult to the point where we may need to put it off until 2021. We didn't want to do this but with the current conditions with provincial boarders being closed and a travel ban in place we didn't think we had much of a choice. Boy were we wrong. The staff at Leisure Time went well beyond any expectations we had on getting us set up with the right unit for our needs. Not only did they provide us with the perfect unit the service we received was second to none. Josue Cuellar was the salesperson we dealt with and went above and beyond what I expected to get us our camper. Between him and Brett Campion they had our Grand Design Transcend delivered to Labrador. I would also like to thank Grand Design for stepping up and really giving us a great deal on the cost of shipping the unit. Our only hope now is that we can all get to whatever the new normal is going to be so we can get to enjoy our Camper. Even though we were buying a used 5th wheel we were treated as if we were buying a brand new 5th wheel, from our first encounter with Josue to our orientation with Claude, Brett was so helpful walking us through the steps of registration, this truly was a wonderful team effort. and an amazing experience. I took my class C unit to leisure time for multible problems, after a period of time i started asking questions as to what was taking so long.
The problem was the service manger who is no longer there, I met spencer and he listened to my problem . three hours later i got a call that my unit was ready. He took the time to listen and took charge of the problem. Brian also jumped in to help in any way he could, These two guys are top of the line and now have my business. We have owned a few trailers over the years from various local dealers; including Leisure many years ago. We decided to stop into the lot one evening just before closing to have a look around. Sandy came to meet us outside and offer assistance. Even though we hadnt settled on whether to purchase or what we needed, she took her time, was very patient and helpful, showing us all she had that may suit our specific needs. The next day, on the spur of a moment, we opted to stop by again and see if Sandy was in. Sure enough she was (pretty sure she lives there)...and again, she showed us various trailers without hesitation. We narrowed it down to 2; she was even more than willing to have one transferred from Moncton just so we could see it in person. Longer story shorter, after much deliberation and help from Sandy, we decided on a Puma. Sandy helped us see details that most salespeople wouldnt have even noticed. An absolutely beautiful trailer that once again, suited our specific needs. Sandy has been so wonderful throughout the whole experience and still is quick to stop for conversation whenever weve dropped by the store. We will definitely deal with her in the future if our needs change or we ever decide to trade this beautiful trailer (which will most likely never happen lol). Thanks again so much Sandy!

They treated us like family but not because they had any obligation... Let me explain...We were evacuees from the fire in Fort McMurray (2016). My fianc and I decided to make and extended stay in Quimpasis with family. Crossing the country in our RV, we were far from our regular dealer (whom they had no affiliation with). Basically, if anything went wrong, we were on our own.Since day one, they treated us with so much respect. I was welcome as soon as I went in the door. They asked where we were from, if there was anything they could do and walked us through how to use their dumping stations. The workers showed concern for our situation. Every employee we met chatted with us and approached us asking if we needed anything and if we had heard anything about our home. Many times they gave us rebates on some items (propane) and allowed us to dump our black water for free. Every visit, over that month and a half, I looked forward to seeing those faces as if they had been long lost friends. The comfort I felt as I entered the door was as if I had been going there for years.The last visit, they even filled our RV with propane and refused to take any money. Some of the service staff, technicians and office staff even came forward and wished us a safe trip back east. I was so impressed that strangers, who did not have any responsibility for us, because we did not purchase a unit from them, could care so much.In a world full of strangers and uncertainty, it is so nice to know that people like this exist. Leasuretime RV, thanks for making our trip to the East Coast that much more enjoyable and stress free.

The service while buying the trailer was excellent and the orientation is a great asset to your business (having the orientation alone would be a deterrent from buying privately), especially to someone like Sherry and myself who upgraded to a travel trailer form a tent trailer.Just a couple of small issues with the trailer itself, it broke two 1/4 bolts that goes through the slider rod which moves the slide in and out and it does not seem to be sealing tight enough. The radio is not working properly, however this was noted during the orientation (radio) and I will be in touch with the service department to correct the issues.Overall, I have and will recommend to anyone looking at purchasing a trailer to go see the great people at Leisure Time.

Hi Jason, Just wanted to let you know that we are very happy with the service. I also wanted to ask if you could pass a message onto Debbie's boss to let him/her know how pleasant and efficient Debbie has been. The technican that came yesterday was very good too. We went to the trailer after work to check on things and he arrived shortly after us which was great timing because Barry followed him around to see how to fix things if the issue should arise again. He was very nice and patient after putting in a long day. If you could pass this onto his boss, we'd appreciate it too. There are couple of things still to be done, fix a drawer and install a light switch, but we know that it will get done which is very comforting. Every year we hear too many nightmare stories about other dealers. We are so thankful that we chose you as our salesman and Leisure Time as the dealer. Please pass this on to your boss too. To -- Derek, - Renato,- Barry- and Service staffOn April 16 the wednesday before the Easter long weekend I contacted your service department and asked if it was possible to have 2 trailers raised ,Mine and Ken Browns, the next day due to fast raising flood waters at Grand Lake .
Renato rearranged his busy schedule and had a crew on site the next morning at 10am .
The next day the water came up so fast that the road was under water and access to the trailers was cut off and we would have a lot of damage to the trailers .
Ken Brown and Myself would like to express our thanks to your dealership and staff for the the fast service to protect our trailers .
Your staff has always given excellent service and this incident was exceptional due to the shortness of time .

I wanted to share with you our recent experience dealing with Chris in your service dept.
Dealing with trees falling on your trailer is not a fun thing by any means it is stressful especially when something is damaged that relieves the most stress in your life!
Dealing with Chris relieved that stress his friendly tone and confidence showed you he knew his stuff and everything would be taken care of, and he did take care of everything he said he would from start to finish. When I would call him to ask a question he was never bothered and I truly felt I was his only customer which I know I wasnt.
In saying that last evening as our neighbor stopped over we asked how they made out having their trailer fixed as it was also damaged by trees and we had recommended they purchase from you and they did so J they were having it serviced by you as well, they said awesome that they dealt with Chris and he was awesome to deal with, he provided phenomenal customer service! Funny we hadnt yet mentioned our experience to him about Chris. So to me when your employee becomes the topic of a neighborly discussion about awesome service this is an employee to certainly be proud of and have representing your company.
Having this happen last evening is what prompted me to send this email, word of mouth in any business is the best form of advertising and dealing with Chris proves that.
